We're launching in Troy and the surrounding Oakland County neighborhoods — Birmingham, Royal Oak, Rochester Hills, Bloomfield, Beverly Hills, Berkley, Ferndale, Madison Heights, Sterling Heights, and Clawson. If you're a bit outside that, text us anyway — we may still be able to help.
Three ways. First, we promise same-day in Troy — they make you book days out. Second, we're flat-rate per job, not per hour, so the price is known before we knock. Third, we're local. Every Neighbor Tech is someone who lives in or near Troy — not a stranger flown in from another zip code.
You don't pay. We charge for solutions, not visits. If the problem turns out to need a part you need to order or a manufacturer warranty claim, we'll tell you and we'll waive the visit fee.
Every Neighbor Tech goes through a background check before their first job. They're rated by every customer after every visit, and anyone who drops below 4.6 stars stops getting jobs from us. We carry liability insurance covering work done in your home.
Tips are not expected, but if you loved your visit you're welcome to leave one — it goes 100% to your tech. We accept cards in person or via the link we'll text you after the job.
Yes — this is one of the things we do best. We bill at our hourly rate ($129/hr) and we'll take all the time it needs without making anyone feel rushed or small. Many families pre-book monthly check-ins.
